ABOUT US - HISTORY

Founded in 2001, Edge Communications Inc. already has made its mark as a vibrant and powerful force in business development and marketing communications arenas.

It was founded by two well-known leaders in the field: Ilene Semiatin and Vincent Park, both widely respected in the fields of public relations, communications and business alliance development for many years. (See Our Key Executives for full bios of our top management.)

Both individuals were top executives at Roundhouse Public Relations, a boutique firm that counted among its clients such giants as Nikon, Air France, MasterCard and Easy Spirit Shoes. Both have extensive experience as public speakers and leaders in their fields, and they have won national awards for their writing, new product launches, event management, national programs and market development activities.
